About the event
To achieve our core values, Green Welfare Indonesia recognises that education also plays a crucial role in the implementation of environmental sustainability. We believe that the youth is a crucial essence in the role of change, but some may not know how to due to the limited general knowledge they have regarding various global climate issues. Therefore, GWFestival 02 aims to educate, mobilize, inspire and promote to the youth about the current manifesting climate change humanity is facing and other environmental issues; as well as how they can contribute to the situation in their everyday life where the audience can gain new perspectives and knowledge from various national and international changemakers from around the world that they can put to use and be inspired to improve their community and country.
Succeeding to GWFestival 01, GWFestival 02 is Green Welfare Indonesia’s second online go-green educational webinar workshop scheduled in the first week of March that will last for a three-day dialogue; each day containing interactive panel discussions and educational single-presentations from Youth Speakers.
